It has been designed to reflect the vibe of Peru’s capital, Lima, with all its colors, flavors and chicha. One of the highlights will be a unique Ceviche Bar where diners can watch the chefs in action as they prepare the iconic Peruvian dish.

Owner Martin Morales wants to capture the feel of Lima within his new restaurant, and his love of good tunes, music from the 60’s and the latest songs straight from the Peñas will make it a great place to relax and feel the Peruvian spirit in the heart of London’s foodie heartland.

Ceviche promises the very best of Peruvian cuisine and drinks. Peruvian cuisine has been tipped by many of the world’s top chefs as the next great food trend.

Head Chef Alejandro Bello will be serving Peruvian classics, including a range of ceviches, anticuchos (marinated beef skewers) and selections of causas, whipped cool potato cakes made from some of the 2500 potato varieties found in Peru which are delicately stuffed with fresh crab or prawns.

Martin Morales, the Peruvian former Apple executive and ex-DJ has been working to launch this restaurant for about 2 years is finally realizing a 10 year dream by opening Ceviche.

Peruvian cuisine is known as South America’s gourmet cuisine. It has a phenomenal variety of dishes and flavors, coming from over 7000 years of cooking. Indigenous cuisines are blended with traditions from Spanish, African, Chinese, Japanese and Italian peoples. This has created one of the worlds most unique and healthy cuisines, proclaimed as “one of the best cuisines in the world” by the legendary chef Auguste Escoffier.

Ceviche will host a press launch which will be announced at a later date.
