President Humala Arrives in Argentina for UNASUR Meeting

President Ollanta Humala arrived in Argentina to attend the extraordinary meeting of the representatives of the Member States of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) .
His arrival was confirmed by Press Secretary to the Government Palace through his Twitter account.
“We are here to strengthen the regional unit of UNASUR and to make agreements in relation to the delicate situation of Paraguay” , said the president as he arrived on Argentine soil.
It is anticipated that President Humala participate in a lunch with his counterparts and then join th eother heads of state as they begin their main meeting.
At that meeting, the presidents will have the opportunity to analyze the current political situation that exists in Paraguay following the ousting of President Fernando Lugo.
